Leadership Capital Partners, Inc. (LCP) was founded in 2002 by John Behr, Ph.D., a corporate psychologist with more than 18 years of experience consulting to industry and government. LCP offers employee assessment services, coaching, and strategic development of human capital management. LCP provides assessment services to assist with planning and decision making from pre-employment, to management development to promotion, as well as succession planning, management audits and team development.
