About CompPAS™

LCP’s CompPAS™ is a unique product for quickly and effectively assessing talent. LCP applies an innovative system to produce a condensed, time effective and cost efficient employee and candidate assessment for participants at levels from Supervisory to Senior Executive. The assessment report is a highly condensed “bottom line” version of what is offered in a standard executive evaluation, the goal is to help companies save time and money in developing, hiring, promoting, or retaining people.

Who Does CompPAS™ Apply to?

CompPAS™ is applicable, not only to individuals, but also to groups. In a group context it is an effective tool for determining the strengths and areas for development of the group as a whole, as well as for each of the individuals that comprise the group.

CompPAS™ Components

Participants complete a series of standardized tests via the internet, and undergo a structured behavioral interview which is conducted over the telephone or face to face. These assessment components complement each other in assessing dimensions of personality, leadership, cognition, career motivation, and core business competencies.

Flexibility

LCP’s CompPAS™ process is largely virtual; all written assessment components can be completed from anywhere there is internet access. CompPAS™ can be customized to your company’s core values and success factors. The nature of this process allows for greater objectivity and standardization, and shortens the length of time required for an individual to be assessed; thereby allowing organizations to more efficiently receive vital input affecting personnel decisions.
